Rose Rea makes zines. 





This one is called
CROSSHATCHING. 

It is autobiographical, containing drawings from 2018 and commentary from 2026.

It touches on dissaociation, creativity, and the psychological fallout of restrictive eating. 

You can purchase one for $10 by shooting Rose a message. 

This next one is called FOUR MANIFESTOS and it was made in collaboration with Soledad Green. They presented their work at Shelf Life Books on February 8th, 2026.

Rose typed out 100 sentences on old maps, cut them out, rolled them up, and wrapped them in ribbon for attendees to take home.

Prose as Dance, Dance as Prose was organized in collabration with Avery Fogarty and Julia Pasquale. It occured on July 16, 2025 in Richmond, Virginia. It was awarded the 2025 Virginia Dance Award for Best Collaboration. Oo la la. You can watch a video documentation of the event right here.
